I could not be a happier customer!! I went by his shop last week with a photo of a wingback chair. I received a very reasonable quote and he said to bring it in as soon as I could and it would take about a week. I took it in on Monday and he did the job in TWO DAYS! Not only was it a super fast turnaround, they did a beautiful job!! They took great care in making sure the placement of fabric was lined up where appropriate, the attention to detail was beautiful, and the job was perfectly done. I will definitely use them again.
3 Seater Re-upholstering
This place is great Ive had lots of work done at this shop and they were not only helpful but they were very fare with there prices. I would recommend this to anyone who wants quality work at affordable price...
Re-upholstering
Outstanding workmanship!! I have had 8 pieces reupholstered over the years and everything has been perfect. The extra attention to detail like mitered corners and matching stripes has been very impressive. I wouldnt think of using anyone else.
2 piece sofa set
I had bought a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater swivel chair in October 2011, not long after my partner and I adopted a puppy. This lead to a disaster with our new sofas and they looked appalling and springs had gone in the swivel chair. Once our dog had calmed down we thought it was time to get the sofas repaired at last. I had spoken to a couple of upholsterers in Scunthorpe, whom which were rude and unhelpful. I then found the number for Pegasus in house furniture repairs and asked for help. The gentleman was incredibly helpful from word go. He came out on a Sunday to look at them and took them away there and then. They were back after 48 hours and looked absolutely amazing, like brand new. I could not have been happier with their work and professional service. Im hoping I will not be needing my sofa repaired again for a while, but if I do I would definitely return to them in the future. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. American Recliner Sofa handle broken :(
The handle on my recliner sofa that I brought back from America snapped. Not thinking I would ever be able to replace it in the UK, on the off-chance I called Pegasus to see if they could help. Almost immediately I got a call back from Eligijus who ordered the parts in and came to fix it within a week. He was very professional and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Eligijus, great job! :)

Mid-century sofa
My husband and I had a ragged, but well loved mid-century sofa we wanted reupholstered. I heard about PEGASUS In House Furniture Repairs from my friend. Their quote was reasonable and they gave me some good recommendations on fabrics (but also mentioned they could order some for me). My sofa also had original down cushions that were looking a bit flat, when they reupholstered the sofa, they put in foam and added down top pillows, to keep the down feel with a more structured look. My husband wanted to toss the old sofa out, but once he saw their work, the sofa redeemed itself. He now says its the most comfortable coolest looking sofa in the world...I think hes right. 2 two seater sofas
I have two leaather sofas, both of which had a split in the stitching and scuff marks from general wear and tear. I e-mailed for a quote. I got an instant reply and the gentleman came to the house later the same day. By 19.00hrs the next day both sofas where mended and re-coloured, a colour which I hasten to add was difficult to match. Both sofas look as good as new. The gentleman who came was polite and professional. Overall my husband and I where very impressed with the service and the politeness of the gentleman who dealt with us. Therefore we do not hesitate in recommending Pegasus in house furniture repairs.
Settee spring repair.
No idea where to start - took a chance on this chap. Polite, professional , excellent communication. High standard of workmanship. Anyone who thought replacing a spring an easy job, think again and we defy anyone to see where the settee has been stripped down. Looks as it did before. Highly recommended.
Arm Chair Repair
When i called Pegasus In House Furniture Repairs to explain to them about my shabby old arm chair it was a refreshing change to speak to someone polite and understanding, they showed a genuine interest into what my requirements were instead of the repetitive sales patter. The leather on my arm chair was badly worn and ideally beyond repair but they came out advised of an acceptable cost to complete and the chair was swiftly taken away and repaired within one week, the new leather was colour matched and it looked as new, i was spellbound!
